City of McAllen to Host Community Meet & Greet to Welcome New City Manager

(McAllen, Texas)-The City of McAllen is hosting a Meet & Greet reception to welcome newly named City Manager Isaac J. Tawil, on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 4:15 p.m. at McAllen City Hall, 1300 W. Houston Ave., third floor, McAllen Commission Chamber foyer. The public is invited to attend to meet City Manager Tawil and enjoy cake, cookies and punch.
City Manager Tawil was selected as McAllen City Manager on August 20, 2024 after previous City Manager Roel “Roy” Rodriguez, P.E., announced his retirement earlier this year.
