LAREDO, Texas— The City of Laredo will be participating in its annual legislative trip to Washington, D.C., starting Monday, March 04, 2024. Mayor Dr. Victor D. Treviño, Members of the Council, management, directors, and representatives from local organizations and the private sector in Laredo will also participate in meetings with federal agencies.
