Trifecta Tops Suga Show 74-66

(Laredo, Texas)-Trifecta scores 74 points as it wins its 4th meeting in a row against South Laredo’s Suga Show Basketball Team. Both teams played hard knowing that playoff positioning was at stake but at the end it was Trifecta’s superb passing as well as its dominance at the three-point line that gave them the edge.
Suga Show is now 5-2 as it heads into its game tomorrow against Top Gun. Leading the way in scoring for Suga was Josue Casarez who was dropping 3 pointers of his own to finish the night with 23 points. Casarez defense was again on point drawing not only attention from Trifecta’s shooters but also from the game officials who at times are critical of his every move calling the game extremely close in an attempt to slow him down.
Devin Stallings continues his scoring and rebounding ways finishing his night with 17 points against a tough Trifecta team defense.
Anthony Merino had 9 points while Joshwa Palacios sinks 2 three point shots to finish his night with 6 points as he continues to impress with his game play.
