(Laredo, Texas)-Devin Stallings provides the veteran spark to help Suga Show plow thru a tough Team Fearless team that was relentless from the start. Team Fearless kept the score close throughout the first half of play as well as thru the start of the second half not letting up offensively or defensively. Team Fearless showed up to play displaying poise and a tough as nails attitude towards their gameplay.

Devin Stallings regroups South Laredo’s Suga Show team during a timeout in the second half pointing out defensive lapses in their play. Stallings backed up his words with a second-half resurgence dominating both sides of the court on rebounds finishing the night with 16 points and 15 rebounds.

But it was Sergio Castillo with the hot hand all game long putting up 20 points on 14 rebounds finding open shots under the glass making his way thru double teaming to make sure he kept Suga ahead on the scoreboard.

Jerry Garcia continues his quite domination of opponents racking up 16 points with 10 rebounds. Garcia has been scoring and rebounding in double digits consistently in three seasons with South Laredo’s Suga Show Basketball Team.

Anthony Merino and Josue Casarez dominated the game defensively while scoring 11 and 13 points respectively.
Suga Shows role players continue to come into the game contributing both defensively and offensively.

Julian Gonzalez came in at key points in the game to help tighten up Suga’s defense as did Chuy Cisneros who not only played a great defensive game but also pitched in 5 points of his own while finishing the game with a key offensive acrobatic save on a loose ball that was headed out of play passing the ball backward towards Devin Stallings with one second left in the game leading to a massive dunk to finish of the game.

Joshwa Palacios leaves the game early with a slight injury as he finished his night with 3 points.
The final score of the game was Suga Show 87 Fearless 65.
