LC Offers Diverse Career Paths in Business

(Laredo, Texas)-As part of an institution-wide move to reach the community on a more personal level in a casual setting, the Laredo College Business Management Department will open its doors on Oct. 26 for current and prospective students wishing to visit their department to chat, have coffee, snacks and learn more about its programs.“One-on-one conversations give a personal touch to these types of events and are a better way to communicate and express ideas with our students. It leaves our students feeling valued, respected, and well-informed, not to mention it strengthens the student/instructor bond,” Department Chair George E. Macdonald said.
The open house will be held at the Lewis Energy Group Academic Center and start at 8:30 a.m. Anyone from students to members of the community interested in learning more about the resources and opportunities available within the Business Management Department are welcome to attend.
