Sheriff’s Office Investigators Seize $20,000

Laredo, TX (Webb County) – On Sunday, August 6, 2023, at approximately 11:55 p.m., the Webb County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop by the 18-mile marker of I.H 35. The driver, a 23-year-old female was questioned. Upon closer inspection of the vehicle, a bag in the trunk contained $20,000 of cash that was seized. The case is under investigation.
