Operation Border Health Preparedness offers free health services to the community

LAREDO, Texas – A public health emergency preparedness exercise will host free medical services to the community. Operation Border Health Preparedness (OBHP), formerly known as Operation Lone Star (OLS), is an annual tradition that brings free healthcare services to the residents of South Texas. All are welcome to this event; no proof of residency nor identification is necessary upon registration. Services will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
OBHP will provide general medical services; immunizations; blood-pressure, diabetes, hearing, and vision screenings; school and sports physicals; preventative dental services for preschool, school-aged children, and adults; social services; behavioral health services; and much more.
The event will take place Monday, July 24th through Friday, July 28th from 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM. at Christen Middle School.
