Drainage Improvement Project Pavement reconstruction
As the City of McAllen moves forward with the 2018 Bond Group C3 Drainage Improvement project, storm infrastructure construction will cause a road closure at Main Street and Redbud Avenue Intersection
Main Street will be closed to all through traffic between Quamasia Avenue and Shasta Avenue on Friday, June 30, 2023 from 7:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m.
Motorists are urged to find alternate routes during the road closure and exercise extreme caution and patience when traveling along the area. Motorists should expect some delays and congestion.
