Texas Storm Falls to Suga Show

(Laredo, Texas)-South Laredo’s Suga Show Basketball Team secures it’s third win of the season by a score of 68-57 against Texas Storm. Jerry Garcia scores 18 points with 11 rebounds while Anthony Merino comes in strong with 13 points of his own. Devin Stallings finishes the night with 8 points including a dunk that brought Suga Show fans to their feet.
Eddie Jaime added three shots from long distance for 9 points. Josue Casarez brought his superb defensive play once again while adding 4 points of his own.
Calvin Cheeseboro backed up his teammates with 9 rebounds and 4 points. Billy Rodd came in strong adding 6 points to the board with 3 hard fought rebounds.
Austin Estevis matched his 4 points from Tuesday’s game while disrupting the Texas Storm on defense.
Despite Suga Show’s 3-1 record in the City of Laredo’s Basketball League’s A Division they head into their next game as huge underdogs against The Warriors who are back-to-back defending league champions.
