(Laredo, Texas)-Laredo College to host spring semester Music Student RecitalLaredo College is home to a number of talented musicians and takes pride in the various showcases of their musical ability throughout the years. On Friday, April 28, Laredo College will be hosting its spring semester Music Student Recital in which members of the LC Guitar Ensemble and members of the Jazz Band will be performing.
They will be joined by LC Music Instructor Dr. Matthew Bishop as they play well-known compositions from around the world. According to Bishop, music enthusiasts may recognize the pieces played, which include music from the great American songbook, jazz standards, and rumbas.
The recital will be a treat for everyone who attends as Bishop’s students have practiced for the past two years. The practice and past performances result in a show no one should miss. Fur
