Sheriff’s Office Arrests Man on Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon Charges

Laredo, TX (Webb County) – On Sunday, March 5, 2023, at approximately 8:55 pm, Sheriff’s Office patrol deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of Emiliano Road in Los Altos Subdivision on Highway 359 for a shots fired call.
Deputies met with two male juveniles, who stated that an unknown subject had discharged a firearm in their direction while riding their ATVs and also provided the suspect’s clothing information.
Deputies arrived at the 6900 block of Enlace Road and observed a male subject matching the description near the area. As deputies approached, they noticed that the male subject, later identified as Danny Aguilar 34, was holding a handgun in his right hand and also located several spent casings.
Aguilar, who was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, felony 2, was remanded without bond to the Webb County Jail.
