Construction of storm system improvements
(McAllen, Texas)-As the City of McAllen moves forward with the 2018 Bond Group C3 Drainage Improvement project, storm infrastructure construction will cause a road closure at the Main Street and Redbud Avenue intersection
Main Street will be closed to all through traffic between Quamasia Avenue and Shasta Avenue on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.
Motorists are urged to find alternate routes during the road closure and exercise extreme caution and patience when traveling along the area. Motorists should expect some delays and congestion.
