Laredo Municipal Court Announces Amnesty Program

LAREDO, Texas – The City of Laredo Municipal Court Judge Jesus “Chuy” Dominguez announces the Amnesty Program starting February 27, 2023, allowing citizens to clear their outstanding traffic violations.
Judge Dominguez is offering the Amnesty Program from February 27 – March 17, 2023, with sessions for in-person appearance only, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and Thursday & Friday at 11:00 a.m. The program includes all pending cases, capias warrants, arrest warrants, capias pro-fines, DPS Omni holds, and cases submitted to Linebarger collections.
Municipal Court clerks are available to help the public with any information they may need. All those interested, may visit the court’s website at https://www.laredomunicipalcourt.com/ or come by the court, located at 4610 Maher Avenue, before the Amnesty program goes into effect to find out the total amount of fines due.
No one will be arrested if they voluntarily make an appearance in court and make a good-faith effort to make arrangements on their pending cases.
