United ISD Teachers of the Year Recognized at Region One Ceremony

(Laredo, Texas)-United ISD’s District-wide Elementary and Secondary Teachers of the Year attended the Region One Education Service Center (ESC) Teacher of the Year Ceremony.
The ceremony featured Teachers of the Year from districts across the region. Melissa Gignac, Secondary Teacher of the Year from Lyndon B. Johnson High School, and Leah Luna, Elementary Teacher of the Year from Juarez-Lincoln Elementary, were recognized before an audience of exemplary teachers from school districts in Region One ESC.
The ceremonies were held at the Region One Service Center in Edinburgh, Texas on Thursday, August 5th at 5:30 p.m.
