City of Laredo Closure Notice in Observance of Independence Day

Laredo, Texas — The City of Laredo’s administrative offices will be closed in observance of Independence Day on Monday, July 4, 2022. All services and operations will resume on Tuesday, July 5. The holiday schedule is as follows:
There will be regular garbage collection
The City Landfill will be open during regular hours from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weather permitting)
There will not be lawn-clipping or branch collection services
3-1-1 Call Center will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.
El Metro fixed-route and El Lift/Paratransit services will be following its Sunday schedule.
