Laredo City Council Recognized Vaccination Efforts

Laredo, Texas – City of Laredo Mayor Pete Saenz and members of the Council recognized Captain Merla and the Mobile Vaccination Team Y2 from the National Guard for the dedication offered to the city of Laredo and District 7.
The team dedicated their efforts to vaccinate essential workers in a drive-up clinic, which provided a convenient method to drivers in the trucking and trade industry.
These vaccination efforts were developed in over 24 weeks and 31,535 individuals received their vaccine against COVID-19, granting safety to the community and Laredo’s essential workers.
