Laredo, TEXAS — The City of Laredo and Council Member for District 4, Alberto Torres, Jr., will proudly host a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Cynthia Collazo Toddler Park. The event will take place on Friday, April 23, 2021, at 2700 Maryland Ave. starting at 11:00 a.m.
Features that were added to the park include cedar fencing, two new swing sets, a dog park, an amphitheater, picnic tables, BBQ pits, and more.
