Traffic Signal To Be Placed on All Red Flash

Laredo, TEXAS – The traffic signal at the intersections of Bartlett Avenue and University Boulevard will be placed on all red flash starting on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. All traffic must make a complete stop at this intersection. The traffic signals will be activated and fully functional on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 9:00 a.m.
