United ISD to Remain Closed Today Due to Power Outages Across the District

(Laredo, Texas)-Due to power outages across the District, United ISD will not open its campuses or offices today. As many students are without power and/or internet, the District will make up the day on April 2, 2021, as an asynchronous learning day.
Employees will not report to their office or campus but should be aware that they are on call. The District will continue to monitor the situation and will keep parents and employees informed as information develops.
