Winners of the “Virtual Halloween Costume Contest” Announced

LAREDO, Texas— The City of Laredo and District 1 Council Member Rudy Gonzalez, Jr., hosted the first Virtual Halloween Costume Contest open to the community. On October 31, 2020, the City received over 150 entries participating in the four categories established for this contest. The winners have been selected and will be contacted directly to award them with their prizes for their originality and creative costumes.
Family Costume Picture – Winner: COCO (58” Vizio v-series 4K Ultra HD)
Solo Child age 0 to 12 years old – Winner: Optimus Prime (onn. 10.1 Tablet Pro 32 GB)
Solo Child age 13 to 17 yrs old – Winner: Flavor Flav (onn. 10.1 Tablet Pro 32 GB)
Adult 18 + – Winner: KFC Colonel Sanders (onn. Groove Wireless Speaker)
