City, County Confirm New COVID-19 Related Deaths

LAREDO, Texas—The City of Laredo and Webb County have three new confirmed deaths in Webb County related to COVID-19. The City and County want to express their most sincere condolences to the families of those who have lost a loved one through this pandemic and want them to know that our counselors and our teams are available to support them.
The 364th death of a Webb County resident was a female in her mid-80s. She died on Friday, November 06, 2020.
The 365th death of a Webb County resident was a male in his mid-80s. He died on Friday, November 06, 2020.
The 366th death of a Webb County resident was a male in his early-60s. He died on Sunday, November 08, 2020.
Stay home if you are sick and call your doctor. Do not go to the doctor’s office, call your doctor first. If it is an emergency, call 9-1-1.
As of 12:00 p.m. on Monday, November 09, 2020, a total of 83,938 people have been tested, 16,227 have resulted positive (695 are active), 15,166 persons have estimated recovered, 63 are currently hospitalized (26 of which are in the ICU), hospitalization rate 11.1%, and 366 have died.
