United ISD’s New Teachers Receive Warm Welcome to the District

(Laredo, Texas)-United ISD’s Office of Professional Development welcomed the district’s 85 new teachers with a drive-thru “grab and go lunch” at United ISD’s Curriculum and Instruction (C&I), building located on Hwy.359. Associate Superintendent David H.Gonzalez and staff cheered the new teachers as they arrived to pick up a complimentary Chick-fil-A lunch and teaching supplies starter kit.
“We are very excited with the quality teachers we have added to our already wonderful staff. We also look forward to all the great things our new teachers will contribute to the district, and wish them a successful 2020-2021 school year” Gonzalez said.
