LAREDO, Texas—Beginning tonight, Friday, August 14, 2020, The No Border Wall Coalition will be creating their “Defund the Wall” mural this weekend. Street closures including Victoria Street between Juarez Avenue to Convent Avenue will begin tonight Friday, August 14, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. through latest Monday at 6:00 a.m.
