City, County Announce 2 New Positive COVID-19 Cases

LAREDO, Texas—The City of Laredo and Webb County are announcing two new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Laredo. Person 5 exhibited moderate symptoms and tested positive but has not traveled and is considered a case of community transmission. Person 6 tested positive through close contact exposure to another case.
The City of Laredo Health Department is monitoring all exposed and confirmed persons. To date in Laredo, there have been 81 total persons tested, 26 of those tests have resulted negative and 6 have resulted positive.
