City, County Announce 2 More Positive COVID-19 Cases

LAREDO, Texas—The City of Laredo and Webb County have announced the confirmation of 2 new positive cases of COVID-19 in Laredo. Person 12 has not traveled and is a case of community transmission. Person 13 is considered a case of transmission through close contact. Neither of these two persons have been hospitalized and remain in stable condition and continue to self-quarantine. The City of Laredo Health Department is conducting contact investigation.
As of 6:45 p.m. on March 25, a total of 147 persons have been tested, 53 of those tests have resulted negative and 13 have resulted positive.
