City, County Announce 19th Positive COVID-19 Case

Courtesy Rafael Benavides,LAREDO, Texas—The City of Laredo and Webb County are announcing new positive cases of COVID-19. Both Person 18 and Person 19 are cases of transmission by close contact to another confirmed case. Person 18 has been hospitalized, and both persons are stable.
As of 10:00 a.m. on March 27, a total of 189 persons have been tested, 69 of those tests have resulted negative, 19 have resulted positive and 3 have recovered.
