Region One Christmas Card Competition Winner at UMS

(Laredo, Texas)-United Middle School (UMS) is proud to announce the winner of this year’s Region 1 Christmas Card competition. The winner, UMS student Natalie Gonzalez, competed against hundreds of other young artists across the region.
Her artwork depicted a unique and original scene where we can admire Mr. and Mrs. Claus dancing to the sounds of the Mexican culture, which represent her community and the traditions we hold dear on the border. As part of her award, Gonzalez’s card will be distributed to all campuses across the region as the Holiday Card of the year at the Middle School level. For more information, please visit Region One.
