Los Obispos Middle School Takes a Stand Against Childhood Cancer

(Laredo, Texas)-In support of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Los Obipsos Middle School staff are selling lemonade and popcorn treats every Friday during the month of September. Visitors to the snack station can also make individual monetary donations.All proceeds will be directed to our local Childhood Cancer Society.
Childhood Cancer Awareness Month is recognized every September by childhood cancer organizations around the world. “Our campus participates in fundraising efforts every year, and we hope to exceed the $500.00 we raised last year. All donations can make a big difference to cancer-stricken children and their families”, said Principal Jessica C. Salazar
