Juarez-Lincoln Elementary School Welcomes Grandparents to Accelerated Reader Celebration

(Laredo, Texas)-Recently, Juarez Lincoln Elementary School staff and students combined their annual Accelerated Reader(AR),celebration function with Grandparents Day festivities. Students dressed up as their favorite book characters and shared creative and fun activities with their grandparents. The occasion gave students a way to interact with their grandparents in their learning environment. It was also a unique opportunity for families to be a part of the school community.
