City of Laredo Environmental Services is Asking for Your Help to Identify Illegal Dumpers

LAREDO, Texas—Earlier this afternoon, between noon and 1:00 p.m., a concerned citizen reported a blue truck and two individuals allegedly dumping an estimated 200 pounds of sheet rock and other construction debris at a dead end of San Francisco Street just off of Ortiz, behind a retail business located at 4401 San Dario.
A City of Laredo Environmental Investigator responded to the report immediately, but when they arrived on scene, the driver and truck were no longer on-site. Currently, staff is working to locate the vehicle and the subjects responsible for the alleged illegal dumping. Environmental Services is asking the public for help to assist investigators in identifying the vehicle and the individuals in the photo.
