LAREDO, Texas— There will a be temporary street closure on the north right hand side of the 3000 block of E. Del Mar Blvd. between Winfield Parkway and McPherson Road beginning on Monday, June 17 at 8:00 a.m. and ending on Friday, June 21, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. as Vector Utilities will be installing fiber optic cables in the vicinity.
