Webb County Sheriff’s Office “Back to School” Law Enforcement Softball Tournament

Laredo, TX (Webb County) – Play ball! This weekend, come out and support law enforcement softball teams from Webb County and the surrounding areas. The Webb County Sheriff’s Office is glad to kick off the 1st Annual “Back to School” Law Enforcement Softball Tournament. County, City, State and federal officers and agents will compete for bragging rights and the big trophy.
The funds raised from the teams participating will go towards purchasing all of the necessary school supplies for underprivileged children in our area and for community outreach programs. Admission is free of charge for the public.
The tournament takes place on Saturday, August 2nd, 1st game is at 9:00 a.m. Presentation of Colors and 1st pitch is scheduled for 8:45 a.m the games will be played at the Benavides Sports Complex, 600 South Bartlett, near Zapata Highway
