(Laredo, Tx)-This past weekend, City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas honored Paulita Gutierrez on her 100th birthday celebration, which included a mass and reception. Mayor Salinas presented her with a recognition from the City of Laredo and a dozen red roses. Additionally, Mayor Salinas also presented Mrs. Gutierrez with letters of congratulations to from President Barrack Obama and U.S. Senator Ted Cruz.
