The W.C.S.O.Criminal Investigations Division issued arrest warrants and a Be On The Lookout (BOLO) for Mario Alberto Barrientos, 26, who kidnapped a 24-year-old woman. Barrientos’ arrest warrants include Kidnapping, Family Violence, Injury to a child, Assault Family Violence and Unlawful Restraint. He also has warrants for Contempt of Court Violation for a Protective Order and Driving without a License. His last known address is 101 Los Altos Drive off of Highway 359.
This investigation stems from an Injury to a Child Report when the victim’s child was taken to the hospital for an injury. The child remains in Child Protective Services.
Sheriff Martin Cuellar urges the public to keep a close eye for Barrientos and the kidnapped woman. Please call 911 or the Laredo CrimeStoppers line at 727-TIPS (8477) immediately if you know their whereabouts.
