Woman Reports Stabbing Incident

At approximately 12:10 am on Sunday April 28, 2013, a woman called the police to report a stabbing by 1914 Marion Street. She was visiting a friend by this neighborhood when an unknown male suspect approached her to request assistance for an ambulance. Preliminary information says that a victim identified as Garry Pruneda, age 28, stated that some known suspects had stabbed him four times on his back torso as he was dropped off from a vehicle somewhere by 1900 Marion Street.
The victim mentioned a suspect’s nick named as one of the suspects who stabbed him. The victim was transported by an ambulance to Laredo Medical Center. An Aggravated Assault report was filed . Capers was requested for this case. This is an on-going investigation; No arrests yet.
