(Laredo, Tx)_Yesterday, City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas stopped by Doctors Hospital to deliver roses to new moms, in anticipation of their first Mother’s Day.
Said Salinas, “I always remember my sweet mother on this holiday, so I just want to make sure I take time to congratulate these new moms on their brand new blessing from above.”
