Santo Niño Park Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

City of Laredo District II Council Member Esteban Rangel officially welcomed the Santo Niño neighborhood to the new Santo Niño Park, located at 3002 Vicente  Street.  The Santo Niño Park features a playground with shade structure, walking track, perimeter fencing, benches, lighting, and landscaping.  This project was funded with

Community Development Block Grant funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.  Additionally, the playscape was partially funded by the Lared Next Generation Rotary Club.  The total cost of the project was $86,432.52.

    mike montemayor at a city event that is funny and with rangel even more hilarious mike must be just as gay anyway this is why south laredo is always screwed why hasn’t montemayor fired rangels sister monica. montemayor must be scared of rangel after all he will be running against him monica rangel is worhtless just like her brother and montemayor is a joke
