Mayor doing fine after checking in to local hospital
Laredo, TX— Mayor Raul G. Salinas was admitted to a local hospital yesterday for observation and routine tests, after feeling ill. The decision was made, after consulting with his physician and was admitted as a precautionary measure.
Mayor Salinas is recovering and remains in contact with City Management as he continues to monitor the daily affairs of the City. Recently, the Mayor has been working extensively with other City officials on a wide variety of projects to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Laredo.
Mayor Salinas said “I’m feeling fine, in good spirits and looking forward to returning work to care of business for the City”.
