(Laredo, Tx)- Superintendent Roberto J. Santos talks the Kids Connection Show regarding this morning’s UIL Area G 5-A High School Marching Band Contest. The grand event will be held at the Bill Johnson Student Activity Complex Field where close to 40 high school marching bands from all over South Texas will compete. Superintendent Santos spoke about the positive impact the event will have for UISD, as well as, the City of Laredo in the areas of hotel hospitality, recreation, and dining. He expressed his gratitude to members of the City of Laredo , Webb County , Texas Department of Transportation, and many the volunteers and sponsors who are helping to make this event a successful one for the thousands of people who will be coming to Laredo
