Drive-Thru Service Now Available at City Hall ANNEX

Approximately one year ago, the City of Laredo Tax and Water Utility offices relocated to the new City Hall Annex at 1102 Bob Bullock Loop.
On thurday October 4th , the last phase of the City Hall Annex expansion of services for the tax and utility billing customers was finalized: drive-thru payment services.
“The new payment drive-thru service at the City Hall Annex will allow us to better serve our customers in a more convenient and efficient manner,” said Elizabeth Martinez, Tax Assessor/Collector for the City of Laredo. “This is a faster and much more convenient option for customers who are elderly, disabled, have small children, or simply do not want to dress up when they come to make a payment.”
The drive-thru service is available to customers who are paying cash, check, or money orders and have a bill or letter with their account number. However, credit or debit card transactions will not be processed in the drive-thru, nor will transactions where the customer does not have their account number.
The new City Hall Annex, located in the former Paul Young Dodge Dealership, offers customers a more centralized location; better accessibility; more customer parking; and a larger customer waiting area. Customers are able to make payments and open or close water utility accounts at this location and speak with customer services representatives in a more private setting.
