La Terraza at Lomas del Sur Begins Leasing Process

The NRP Group LLC, in partnership with the Laredo Public Facility Corporation and Ejido Holdings, announced that leasing is currently taking place at Laredo’s newest quality affordable housing development, La Terraza at Lomas del Sur. The press conference, which took place this afternoon at 2:30 pm at 3201 South Ejido Avenue, was a significant stride towards the completion of this $17.3 million, 128-unit affordable housing development to Laredo residents.
With construction still underway, La Terraza at Lomas del Sur offers 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom floor plans. Property Manager, Christy Cruz and her team are available during office hours; Monday thru Friday from 8:30am – 5:30pm, Wednesday till 7pm, Saturday 10am – 5pm, and Sunday from 1pm – 5pm. Applications and application requirements are available at the leasing office, and can also be requested via phone. Application fees include $16.50 for the first application and $11.00 for each additional application.
