This week, Mayor Pro Tempore and the Laredo City Council welcomed some very special people in our community for presentations and recognitions.
Ron de Leon, Board Member of the Autism Education Foundation in Laredo invited MPT Liendo, the City Council, and the entire city of Laredo to attend the August 25th Autism Awareness Night with the Laredo Lemurs baseball team at Uni-Trade Stadium.
Later, the entire City Council recognized the J.B. Alexander High School Varsity Baseball Team formaking it to the “Elite 8” in U.I.L. play-off competition.
