Mariscos El Pescador and Friends Host Back to School Event

Mariscos El Pescador partnered with the Webb County Sheriffs Dept., City Councilmember Mike Garza, Safari Kids Rehab, Kool Smiles Dental Clinic, Therapy Lane, Justice of the Peace Ricardo Rangel, Champion Care Home Health, Gregory’s Driving School, City of El Cenizo Associate Municipal Court Judge Rolando “Roli” Saenz, Mrs. Jackie L. Ramos, LaredoBuzz.Com, and Webb County Commissioner Pct.2 Rosaura “Wawi” Tijerina for a Back to School Kids Luncheon that was held at Mariscos El Pescador del Sur. 
During their visit the children were treated to the restaurant’s signature kids meal the Lil’ Sailor’s Boat which will consisted of a Corn Dog, Fries, and a Softdrink served in a Souvenir Cup. The Children received school supplies courtesy of Council Member Mike Garza, Commissioner Tijerina, Justice of the Peace Ricardo Rangel, Diana Rodriguez, Gregory’s Driving School, City of El Cenizo Associate Judge Rolando “Roli” Saenz, and Therapy Lane. The Shefiffs Department provided the children with Sports Bags which could be used during the school year. The children also had the opportunity to choose from over 100 new hard copy books compliments of Mrs. Jackie L. Ramos.
Kool Smiles Dental Clinic gave the children a free dental screening and provided them with a personal use toothpaste and tooth brush kit. Kids Safari Rehab passed out miniature souvenir toys, school supplies, and duffle bags. Therapy Lane had an interactive game in which the children pulled out a toy rubber duck from a water bowl the duck then had a school prize that was given to the child.
Commissioner Tijerina and Webb County Sheriff Martin Cuellar were special guest speakers at the event. Over 125 children participated in the event.
