Back To School Haircuts Being Offered

Webb County Commissioner Jaime Canales will be preparing students as they get ready to go back to school by offering free back to school haircuts.
The free haircuts will be given on a first come first served basis to students living in the Penitas, Los Minerales and Los Minerales Annex area.
The event will take place Wednesday, August 15 starting at 10 a.m. at the Fred M. & Anita Bruni Community Center located at 452 West Rancho Penitas.
