Traffic Signal to Flash Before Going Active

The traffic signal at the intersection of State Highway 359 and Boomtown will be placed on flash as follows:
On State Highway 359, the traffic signal light will be on yellow flash while on the Boomtown side, traffic signal will be on red flash for a period of three days starting on Monday, March 19, 2012. Full activation is set for Thursday, March 22,2012.
