(Laredo, Tx)-Dist. VI Council Member Charlie San Miguel officially broke ground on the soon-to-be completed Rev. Deacon Leonel and Irma San Miguel Swimming Pool Complex, which will be located on the north end of North Central Park.
The pool includes a 7-lane, 25-yard competition short course pool, certified by USA Swimming, Inc. to officially log times and hold regional swim meets.
Additionally, the program will include a recreation pool, men’s and women’s bathrooms and showers, two racquetball courts, shaded courtyard, and terraced sun bathing decks the project cost is $2.2 million.
