LAREDO, TX – Guardrail repair work on IH 35 southbound between mile markers #27-28, today, Wednesday, March 21, 2012, 11 AM-4 PM. A right mainlane closure of southbound IH 35 will be in effect.
Motorists should be slow down and prepare to merge to left mainlane, and observe all advance warning signs, road markings and channelization devices in and around the work area.
