Congressman Henry Cuellar toured the southern province of Kandahar, Afghanistan, on Saturday, Nov. 05, 2011, as part of a congressional delegation visit with U.S. troops. The congressman delivered thank you letters to U.S. troops from students from Laredo-area schools and homemade flour tortillas courtesy of Taco Palenque.
