Yoga Class Coming to TAMIU

Looking for a way to relax and be centered at the end of a hectic day? Wanting to add to your fitness program and build your core strength and flexibility? Interested in getting to understand your body and its remarkable abilities?
Consider enrolling for a Texas A&M International University Yoga Class lead by Dr. Jyotsna Mukerhji as part of TAMIU’s Center for the Fine and Performing Arts Program. The class is open to the community, designed for ages teen to adult and is offered at a gentle pace. Curious? Come to our first class and see what you’re missing!

Registration is Thursday, Sept. 1 from 4-7 p.m. and classes meet every Wednesday beginning Sept. 7 from 7 – 8p.m. in Studio 123 of the Center for the Fine and Performing Arts. Cost is $45 for the month.
Please dress in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring a yoga mat, available at reasonable cost at local stores.
