Ricardo “Richie” Rangel announced his candidacy for Constable Pct.2. pledging and open door policy and responsible leadership. A large gathering of family and friends from South Laredo cheered as Justice of the Peace Pct.1 Place 2 Ricardo Rangel Sr. took the stage to introduce his son as a member of a new generation of political figures for the future. Supporters arrived early and enjoyed music and cold refreshments throughout the evening. Public Servants in attendance were Associate Municipal Court Judge of El Cenizo Rolando “Rollie” Saenz, Municipal Court Judge of Encinal David Cortez Jr., and Justice of the Peace Pct.1 Place 2 Ricardo Rangel Sr.
